Colour
Deep amber with warm copper highlights and a honey-bronze glow.
Nose
Delicate, honeyed nose with ripe pear and orchard fruit, kissed by vanilla and soft toffee. Subtle almond and dried citrus zest mingle with gentle sherry notes, a touch of spice, and a whisper of sea breeze from the Speyside coast.
Palate
Silky and warming, the palate opens with honeyed orchard fruit and a whisper of sea-salt. Sherry depth adds raisin and fig, rounded by cocoa, vanilla and spice over toasted oak. Bright citrus zest threads through, giving a balanced, lightly mineral finish with lingering caramel.
Finish
Long and velvety, the finish carries sherry-softened fruit—raisins and orange peel—interlaced with cocoa, toasted oak, and a whisper of spice. A maritime hint and warm cinnamon settle as the sweetness slowly fades, leaving a refined, enduring finish.
