Cask strength, American Oak matured Inchgower from Diageo's 2018 Special Releases.
A spicy and fruity nose with melon, papaya and ripe pineapple layered with highland buttered shortbread. The palate has a classic bourbon cask profile, lots of sweet vanilla and tropical citrus, amended by nuttiness and spice. Quite textured and oily on the finish with an orange icing note to leave on.
