Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery edges and a honey-gold core; a sunset-toned glow that hints at sherry richness.
Nose
Sherry-cask perfume with dried-fruit richness—raisin, fig, date—lifted by orange zest and toffee. Velvet vanilla mingles with polished oak, a whisper of chocolate, nutmeg and spice, and a subtle leather note. Elegant, timeless, and inviting with vintage glow.
Palate
Silky and mid-weight, the palate opens with sherry-tinged sweetness—dried plum and raisin—alongside toasted almond and orange zest. Brown spice, caramel and a touch of oak weave through, finishing warm and gently peppery with a lingering, refined sweetness.
Finish
Long, velvety finish with a sherried glow that lingers warm and refined. Raisin and fig sweetness unfolds against toasted oak, beneath a whisper of cocoa and spice. The warmth persists, leaving a graceful echo of fruit, spice and oak.
