Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a hint of mahogany, rich and inviting.
Nose
A refined, fruit-forward nose of ripe apples and pears, honeyed vanilla and polished oak. Subtle sherry influence yields dried apricot, orange zest and toasted almond, framed by gentle spice and a hint of cocoa and old wood—elegant Speyside charm.
Palate
Luxuriously silky, the palate opens with dried fruit—raisin, fig and orange zest—softened by vanilla and toasted almond. Sherry depth broadens with cocoa and spice, while polished oak frames a long, warm finish that remains refined, balanced and softly lingering.
Finish
A long, satin finish with refined oak and gentle spice. Dried fig, dark plum and orange zest linger, softly coaxed by cacao and almond notes. Sherry‑influenced sweetness lingers before giving way to a warm, peppery finish that coats the palate with elegant sophistication.
