Colour

Nose

Rich, dark-fruited and spice-kissed, the nose opens with dried figs, prunes, and cocoa, edged by orange zest. Cinnamon and clove drift over polished oak, wrapped in velvety sherry sweetness. Subtle walnut oil, almond paste, and leather deepen the aroma, with a faint espresso lift and a whisper of coastal air.

Palate

Silky and full on the palate, with rich sherry influence. Dark fruit—prune, fig and raisin—meets orange zest, cocoa and toasted almond. Spices rise—cinnamon and clove—over a velvety oak backbone, finishing long with toffee, coffee and a warm, lingering sweetness.

Finish

Long, luxurious, and warming, the finish pours forth sherried raisin and fig, yielding to dark chocolate, espresso, and spice, with a soft veil of toasted oak that lingers gracefully on the palate.
