Tasting Notes
Colour
Sunlit golden amber with honeyed warmth and a luminous glow.
Nose
Vibrant vanilla and caramel burst from the glass, backed by bright citrus zest and honeyed pear. Rich toffee and almond mingle with toasted oak, a whisper of spice, and a subtle coconut glow from first-fill bourbon. Creamy, sunlit fruit notes—peach and tropical hints—lift the aroma, keeping it polished and inviting.
Palate
Powerful and lush, it coats the palate with vanilla custard and creamy oak from first-fill bourbon cask-strength, then unfurls tropical fruit, lemon zest and orchard sweetness. Coconut, almond and dried apricot emerge, tempered by warming spice—ginger, white pepper and cinnamon—culminating in a long, velvety finish that lingers with honeyed sweetness and refined oak.
Finish
Long, warming finish with vanilla and honeyed citrus unfolding into creamy oak, touched by almond and spice. The cask-strength bite lingers, peppery and persistent, fading to a refined, sweet-oak echo that lingers like a warm ember.
