Colour
Sunlit honey-gold with a polished amber core and a coppery glow.
Nose
Bright citrus and green apple rise over polished oak, sweetened by honeyed vanilla and malt. Sherry influence adds dried orange, fig and almond, with a warm spice of cinnamon and a whisper of cocoa lingering on the finish.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied palate with orchard fruits—pear and green apple—drifting over honeyed barley and vanilla. Fresh citrus zest and almond lift the mid-palate, while subtle sherry cask notes deliver dried fruit, spice, and a whisper of cocoa. Oak is refined, yielding a creamy, lingering finish with balanced sweetness and elegant complexity.
Finish
Long, refined finish with silky oak and sherry sweetness. Dried orange, almond, and dark chocolate emerge, supported by gentle spice, lingering warmly as the flavors gradually fade.
