Colour
Deep copper-amber with mahogany undertones and a glossy, sherry-warmed glow.
Nose
Opulent sherry-glossed aromas of dark orchard fruits—raisin, fig, and orange peel—lie in a velvet pool of cocoa, toffee, and vanilla. Spiced oak, almond, and a whisper of leather lift the perfume, while a gentle ethanol glow from the 56% ABV keeps it poised and vibrant, hinting at a long, refined maturation.
Palate
Velvety, with a lush sherry-driven sweetness of fig and raisin, layered over creamy malt. Dark cocoa, orange zest and a trace of spice weave through oak refinement, delivering a full, balanced mouthfeel. The finish is long and warming, with cocoa-dust, nutmeg and subtle leather.
Finish
Long, opulent finish with sherry sweetness and warming spice. Dried fig and raisin weave through toasted oak, melted dark chocolate and cedar fading to a silky, enduring echo that invites the next sip.
