Vanilla bean and creamy toffee lead the aroma, echoing ripe orchard fruit—green apple, pear, and a hint of apricot. French oak lends a silky, spice-kissed sweetness with wisps of almond, citrus zest, and gentle clove. Subdued, polished oak notes frame a refined, honeyed fragrance that invites the palate.

Palate

Silky and medium-bodied, the palate delivers creamy vanilla, baked apple and honeyed fruit, with a citrus lift. French oak introduces subtle spice—nutmeg and cloves—along a refined tannic backbone, guiding a warm, lingering finish.

Finish

Long, refined finish that coats the palate with vanilla-laced oak, tempered by faint spice and citrus peel. Nutty almond and a kiss of cocoa fade in with velvety warmth, leaving a persistent, elegant afterglow.
