Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with warm mahogany undertones and a sunlit gold glow.
Nose
Rich, polished oak frames inviting aromas of dried fig and raisin, orange zest, and cocoa. A sherried sweetness whispers beneath vanilla and almond, with delicate spice—nutmeg and cinnamon—while a whisper of leather adds depth to an elegant, aged bouquet.
Palate
Silky yet generous on the palate, with dried fig and raisin leading into orange zest and toffee. Rich sherry sweetness wraps velvet oak, while spice notes of nutmeg and clove knit with apple and pear fruit. The finish is long and warming, cocoa, almond, and a hint of leather lingering in harmony.
Finish
Long, velvety finish with luxurious sherry sweetness persisting. Dried plum and fig unfold into cocoa, orange zest, and toasted almond, while polished oak adds subtle spice. The warmth lingers, fading to a refined, lingering dryness that invites another sip.
