A rather unique distillery only bottling of The Glenlivet, aged for 16 ears and bottled at a natural cask strength. Distilled in 1992 and filled from a bourbon cask. This has shortcake and flapjacks on the nose and a lovely peach and cream palate that improves further with a drop of water.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich golden amber with honeyed warmth and sunlit copper highlights.
Nose
Shortcake and warm flapjacks rise from the glass, a bakery-sugared nose with comforting sweetness and inviting depth.
Palate
Peach and cream on the palate, silky and indulgent with a whisper of vanilla from the bourbon cask. At cask strength, it carries warmth and a lush mouthfeel that opens further with a drop of water, revealing extra fruit and a creamy, lingering finish.
Finish
Long, creamy finish where peach and vanilla linger through oak and biscuit. Bourbon sweetness remains, lightly spiced, fading into a warm, confectionary kiss that nods to the nose.
