Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with warm coppery highlights.
Nose
Vibrant and refined, the nose opens with orchard fruit, ripe pear and apple, plus caramelized vanilla and subtle honey. Sherry influence yields darker notes of dried fig and raisin with a hint of orange zest, balanced by almond and delicate spice, resting on velvety oak.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied and luxurious, the palate offers orchard fruit sweetness with dried apricot and a hint of raisin, lifted by delicate sherry-cask spice. Creamy vanilla coats the tongue, while toasted almond and subtle oak provide structure, finishing long with refined warmth and a softly lingering fruit-tinged sweetness.
Finish
Long, silky and refined, the finish carries dried fruit and vanilla with a gentle sherry-spice warmth. Raisin and apricot linger with toasted oak, a trace of almond and cocoa, slowly fading into a polished, velvet finish.
