Opulent, multi-layered nose: orchard fruits and honey fuse with citrus zest and vanilla, while sherry whispers dried fruits, almond and warm spice; creamy oak and malt lend a plush, inviting perfume with a refined, lasting finish.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied and layered, it unfolds with orchard fruit—yellow apple, pear, a touch of plum—backed by nuanced spice and a sherried, nutty core. A waxy richness coats the palate, while orange zest brightness lifts the mid-palate. At 50% ABV, warm, elongated finish with toasted almond, clove and a hint of cocoa lingers in velvet, inviting another sip.
Finish
An exuberant, long finish that unfolds in waves: dried fruit and orange zest against a backdrop of cacao, toasted spice, and a refined oak echo. The warmth lingers, silky and confident, shaping a memorable send-off.
