Tasting Notes
Nose
Delicate orchard fruit - ripe pear and apple - pair with honeyed vanilla and gentle toasted oak. Subtle almond notes and a whisper of sherry sweetness give a floral lift, like spring blossoms in a sun-warmed Glengoyne distillery garden.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied palate with a honeyed sweetness and ripe orchard fruits. Nutty almond and vanilla ride a soft sherry influence, intertwined with delicate oak and light spice, finishing clean, balanced, and gently long with warm fruit and a citrus twist.
