Part of Glengoyne's rebranded Highland Single Malt range. The signature distillery expression, Glengoyne 10 Year is gentle, approachable and ideal as an introduction to single malt whisky.

The aroma is bold and malt forward with a touch of Sherry sweetness. The palate is malty with subtle flavours of dried fruit and sweet spice. This 10 year old Glengoyne is a gold metal winning single malt at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Colour

Golden amber with a warm, honeyed glow and a touch of copper

Nose

Bold, malt-forward aroma with sweet toffee and popcorn, a subtle sherry sweetness, and a light nutty edge. Fresh green apples add a crisp lift, rounding the scent with an inviting orchard brightness.

Palate

Malty and clean on the palate, with subtle dried fruit and sweet spice. Green apples and fresh grass rise with soft oak, finishing with a gentle kiss of liquorice.

Finish

Sweet and malty, with a gentle, lingering warmth that softly coats the palate and invites the next sip.

Glengoyne
(glen-GOY’n) Glengoyne was founded in 1833 and is one of the few distilleries to pair a Highland spirit with warehouses that sit across the Highland Line in the Lowlands. Originally known as Burnfoot Distillery, it developed from earlier illicit distilling on the site before becoming Glengoyne, and it has been owned by Ian Macleod Distillers since 2003.
