Opulent and refined, this nose opens with ripe orchard fruits and honeyed malt, lifted by delicate sherry whispers. Dried fruits, toasted almond, vanilla, and oak spice weave through the sweet, creamy malt, inviting a lingering inhale.
Palate
On the palate, silky and full-bodied with honeyed orchard fruit—pear and apricot—woven with rich dried fruit from the sherry cask. Creamy toffee and vanilla mingle with almond, while spice—cinnamon and clove—lends warmth. A long, elegant finish echoes oak with a subtle cocoa note.
Finish
Long, elegant finish that lingers with plush malt sweetness, hints of dried fruits and orange zest from sherry cask influence, followed by warm spice and a soft, drying oak that glides into velvet silence.
