Sunlit gold with a warm honey cast and pale straw edges, radiant and inviting.
Nose
Creamy vanilla and caramel rise from the bourbon-finished cask, framed by toasted oak. Fresh citrus zest and ripe pear lend brightness, while coconut notes and a whisper of spice add warmth and depth to a soft, confectionery sweetness.
Palate
Silky and creamy, the palate opens with vanilla, caramel and honey from first-fill bourbon, then orchard fruit and bright citrus zest emerge. Toasted oak, almond and a touch of spice weave through a velvety mouth, delivering a warm, medium-length finish with gentle sweetness and a citrus lift.
Finish
Long, warming finish of vanilla and caramel, crowned by silky oak and gentle bourbon spice. Notes of toffee and coconut linger, with bright citrus zest and orchard fruit fading into a honeyed, waxy finish that lingers gracefully.
