Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden straw with a light amber glow.
Nose
Sweet stewed fruits, creamy milk chocolate and a kiss of fresh ginger. A delicate floral bouquet of rose petals, lifted by citrus oils, with orange and lime lending a crisp, fresh edge.
Palate
Creamy on the palate, warming with white pepper and chilli flakes. Green apple and Seville orange drive brightness, interwoven with dark chocolate and charred oak for depth, ending in a lingering, herbal-spiced finish.
Finish
A lingering finish with oak spice and a fresh herbal edge, softly fading into a touch of citrus and a warm, refined afterglow.
