Colour

Deep amber-gold with a coppery sheen and a hint of mahogany.

Nose

Opulent sherry-soaked nose of fig, date and raisin, with orange zest and black cherry. Rich vanilla, toffee and cocoa weave through toasted almond and spice (cinnamon, clove), while polished oak and a hint of leather add elegance. A warm, velvety aromatic invitation.

Palate

Opulent and full-bodied, the palate unfolds with sherry-dark fruit—plum, raisin and fig—interwoven with cocoa, espresso and toasted almond. Praline sweetness gives way to orange zest, vanilla and cinnamon, all wrapped in ripe oak. At 57.3% ABV the warmth is firm yet refined, delivering a creamy, mouth-coating texture and a long, drying finish with spice and leather.

Finish

Long, sherried finish with plush dark fruit, fig and cocoa that slowly unwind into toasted oak and a whisper of spice. Velvet and warming, the mouthcoating glow lingers with espresso and a hint of dried cherry, fading to a refined bittersweet echo.
