Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden honey with a warm amber glow, sunlit and inviting.
Nose
Sherry-rich and inviting, the nose reveals dried fig and raisin with orange peel, a kiss of cocoa and toffee. Vanilla and toasted almond lift the mid-palate, while oak delivers warm spice—nutmeg and cinnamon. A delicate treacle sweetness linger, hinting at the 12 years of maturity and the refined depth to follow.
Palate
Silky and fruit-forward on the palate, revealing fig and raisin with orange zest, underpinned by caramel and almond. Sherry-influenced spice—cinnamon and clove—meets polished oak, giving structure and depth. A creamy, lingering finish with warm, comforting notes.
Finish
Long, velvety and richly framed by sherry whispers, with raisin, fig and dark cherry, tangling with cocoa and toasted almond. A kiss of date syrup and spice from the oak lingers, leaving a warm malt sweetness that coats the palate and slowly fades to a refined, lingering glow.
