Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber with copper-gold highlights and a sunlit bronze sheen.
Nose
Sherried warmth envelops the nose, with caramel and toffee giving way to dark fruit—fig, raisin, and stewed cherries—lifted by orange zest. Toasted oak and almond mingle with spice—cinnamon and clove—before cocoa and vanilla emerge, leaving a polished, velvety bouquet.
Palate
Silky and medium-bodied, the palate opens with vanilla-rich honey and orchard fruit, carried by a sherry-kissed depth. Dried fig and raisin mingle with subtle spice—cinnamon and clove—while gentle oak provides quiet backbone. The finish is long and velvety, leaving a raisin-sweet warmth and a whisper of cocoa.
Finish
Long, refined finish with lingering sherry sweetness, notes of dried fig and raisin, a touch of cocoa, and gentle spice woven through soft oak. Warmth lingers gracefully, leaving a silky, persistent echo on the palate.
