Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber-gold with coppery glints and a touch of mahogany.
Nose
Sherry-rich aroma of prune, fig and raisin gives way to orange zest, toffee and vanilla. Spices—cinnamon and clove—glow over polished oak, while almond, cocoa and a whisper of walnut add depth. A cool Highland breeze lends elegance, leaving a refined nose of dried fruit, subtle smoke and warm spice.
Palate
Silky and medium-bodied, this palate layers honeyed pear and orchard fruit with warm oak. Dried citrus, vanilla and a gentle spice mingle with toffee and almond, building a refined sweetness. Subtle malt supports a soft, lingering finish, where oak tannins keep it poised and elegant.
Finish
Long, elegant finish of toasted oak and soft spice, with dried fruit lingering and fading into warm honeyed sweetness.
