Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with mahogany depth and coppery highlights, a warm, wine-golden glow.
Nose
Rich sherry notes rise in a refined tapestry: dried fig and raisin mingle with orange zest, date and honey, folded into silky toffee and dark chocolate. Almond and marzipan mingle with vanilla, while cinnamon and clove spice the air. Oak, cedar and a touch of leather lend aged elegance to a velvety, lingering fruit-forward aroma.
Palate
Silky and richly textured, the palate unfolds dried sherry fruits—fig, raisin, date—alongside almond, hazelnut and treacle. Spice threads through orange zest over toasted oak, delivering warmth and finesse. Full-bodied yet graceful, with a long finish of cocoa, leather and a delicate ember of smoke.
Finish
Long, sherry-fueled finish that lingers with raisin, fig and dark berry notes, a touch of cocoa and toasted almond, caressed by warm spice and rich oak, finally tapering to a refined, hazelnut-influenced echo.
