Colour
Deep golden amber with radiant honey glow and bronze undertones.
Nose
Polished oak and warm vanilla lead the nose, unveiling orchard fruit and citrus zest. Dried apricot and almond mingle with toffee, honey, and a whisper of sherry, all wrapped in spice and velvety oak.
Palate
Silky and refined, the palate delivers orchard fruit richness—pear and green apple—woven with vanilla and a lemony brightness. Mellow toffee sweetness coats the mid-palate, while oak provides gentle tannic lift and spice—cinnamon, white pepper. The finish is smooth and confident, with a hint of dried fruit and subtle sherry-nuance from the old oak.
Finish
Long, silky finish of honeyed orchard fruits, citrus zest and vanilla, fading into polished oak and a whisper of spice. Warm and refined, it lingers gracefully with a delicate almond-nut fade.
