Tasting Notes
Colour
A rich, radiant amber with burnished copper tones and mahogany edges, a warm, sherry-kissed glow.
Nose
Sweet at first, it unfurls with vanilla fudge alongside strawberry and raspberry nuances, deepening into thick apricot jam. Waxy polish laces the aroma, mingling with cinnamon and candied orange peel. Gentle, lingering smoke threads through the balanced, mature oak, and with time a fresh mint note shines through, adding a cool, refined lift to the bouquet.
Palate
Silky and refined, the palate offers subtle sherry-soaked fruit with bright orange zest and cardamom. A dried herbal thread grows, revealing cracked black pepper and aniseed notes, while delicate smoke lingers over mature oak.
Finish
A smooth, long, lingering finish introduces elegant charred oak and flashes of citrus.
