Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber-gold, warm and inviting, with coppery highlights and a sunlit honey glow.
Nose
Bright tropical fruit aromas lead the charge—pineapple, mango and hints of coconut weave with sun-warmed melon. Bourbon vanilla and creamy oak provide a silky foundation, while the rum finish threads in molasses sweetness and gentle spice. A rind of citrus zest lifts the bouquet, revealing a warm, inviting oakiness and a delicate floral lift.
Palate
On the palate, a tropical orchard unfurls: pineapple, ripe banana and coconut mingle with warm vanilla and caramel from the bourbon backbone. A subtle spice nuances the sweetness as the rum-cask finish adds a gilded tropical kiss. Creamy, lightly oily texture supports a lingering, fruit-forward finish with a hint of oak and spice.
Finish
