Tasting Notes

Colour

Sunlit golden amber with honeyed warmth and a trace of copper.

Nose

Custard cream biscuits mingle with vanilla icing and creme brulee, offset by tangy apple strudel. Hints of spiced butterscotch weave through a floral, malty oak backdrop, inviting a rich, creamy sweetness on the nose.

Palate

Bold and spicy on the palate, delivering rich heather toffee and vanillin oak, with a fizzy citrus lift, and lingering notes of apple pie and custard.

Finish

Fizzy citrus lifts a vanilla and toffee core, with hints of heather, malted milk biscuits and apple bon bons. A clean, ex-Bourbon-influenced finish that carries a pleasing spice and lingers long.
