Tasting Notes
Colour
Natural golden amber, glowing with honeyed warmth and subtle copper highlights.
Nose
Juicy orchard fruit with vanilla and creamy oak from The Original; a gentle peat smoke with heather and a PX-sherry dried-fruit lift from the Peated; plus a silky, clean sweetness from Triple Distilled. A layered, inviting nose of fruit, smoke and refined oak.
Palate
On the palate, the Glasgow 1770 trio presents a refined spectrum: The Original is silky and fruity with vanilla, pear and gentle oak spice; the Peated adds a smoky peat core with dried fruit, cocoa and a rich PX sweetness; the 1700 Triple Distilled is ultra-smooth and creamy, with citrus zest, vanilla and subtle spice. Together they deliver balance, elegance and a lingering finish.
Finish
An elegant, evolving finish across the trio: Original imparts creamy vanilla and warm oak; Peated delivers fig and raisin with cocoa and a delicate hint of smoke; Triple Distilled closes on silky vanilla, almond and light spice. A refined, persistent fade with balanced oak.
