Colour
A luminous, sun-gold hue with whispering honey tones; pale straw at the rim deepens to warm amber as it catches the light.
Nose
Delicate and inviting, the nose presents orchard fruit—pear and green apple—carried on creamy vanilla and soft malt. Faint almond, honeyed sweetness, and citrus zest brighten the profile while a gentle oak whisper supports the fruit. A trace of sherry from the Legacy release adds warmth and elegance to Glengoyne’s signature balance.
Palate
Silky and fruit-led, with pear and apple notes wrapped in vanilla and honey. A gentle oak backbone grows with maturity, lending subtle spice and almond. The finish blooms slowly, with refined warmth and a persistent, clean sweetness that lingers gracefully.
Finish
An elegantly long finish that lingers with creamy vanilla and orchard fruit, deepening into subtle sherry-influenced sweetness, with warm oak and a faint almond pastry note. Velvety, refined, and remarkably persistent.
