Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber-gold with coppery highlights and a mahogany glow.

Nose

Smooth, inviting bouquet of marzipan and Manuka honey, layered with creamy caramel and Demerara sugar, then opening to whispers of glazed pineapple, cider apples and praline chocolate.

Palate

Mellow yet vibrant on the palate, tropical fruits mingle with rose-hip syrup, caramelized orange segments and macaroons, building to a lingering finish of peaches in syrup, liquorice and Seville marmalade.

Finish

Long, elegant finish of peaches in syrup, followed by liquorice and Seville marmalade. A refined sweetness lingers with gentle warmth and a whisper of citrus zest on the palate.
