Tasting Notes

Colour

Warm amber with coppery highlights and honey-gold sheen.

Nose

Blossoms and rosehips mingle with fresh cherries, jammed berries and cream, and subtle hints of aromatic wood.

Palate

Baked apples provide a comforting backbone, with sweet and tart berries crumbling together, swathed in vanilla custard and a creamy, silky texture.

Finish

Hazelnut and chocolate linger, woven with rye spice and light tannins, a subtle note of liquorice.
