Colour
Rich amber-gold with coppery highlights and a warm honey-bronze glow.
Nose
Rich, inviting nose of toffee and honey, with sherry-soaked fruit and polished oak. Dried plum and raisin mingle with vanilla and gentle spice, creating a warm, festive bouquet that hints at Macallan depth and Highland Park lift, all wrapped in a creamy, satin-soft warmth.
Palate
Silky and rounded on the palate, this Jubilee Reserve blends aged malts with sweet grain whiskies into a luxurious mouthfeel. Dried fig and raisin lift with orange zest, toffee and vanilla, tempered by oak and a whisper of sherry. The result is a smooth, warming finish that lingers with refined spice.
Finish
Silky, long finish with honeyed malt, toffee and dried fruit, lightly spiced, as the sweetness from grain lingers into a refined oak fade.
