Rich amber with coppery glow and a subtle mahogany depth.
Nose
Sherry-influenced nose of dried figs and raisins, crowned with orange zest, almond, and toffee. Vanilla warmth and subtle spice drift over supple apple and pear notes, weaving a balanced, elegant bouquet that hints at a richer, approachable Speyside.
Palate
Silky, medium-to-full on the palate, with sherry-influenced sweetness and a gentle warming from 46% ABV. Dried fruit—raisins, fig, date—richer with almond, toffee and cocoa. Spices unfold as oak frames the mouth, delivering a subtle bite. The finish is long, fruit-driven, lightly nutty, with lingering sherry warmth.
Finish
Warm, sherry-driven finish of dried fruits—figs and raisins—with orange zest, nutmeg and cloves. The re-fill sherry influence softens into polished oak, leaving a velvety, medium-long fade of cocoa and trailing spice.
