Funk Drop Rum is a high-ester, flavour-forward rum created for lovers of bold, expressive spirits. Fermented using DropWorks’ Wild Trinity yeast and long fermentations with dunder and aged “muck”, it celebrates the power of fermentation. Distillation techniques amplify ripe, intensely fruity aromas designed to shine in classic cocktails. The taste profile is unapologetically funky, bursting with overripe tropical fruit, fermented sweetness and energetic complexity.
