Barrel Drop Rum is the first barrel-matured release from DropWorks Distillery, aged for up to 16 months in a carefully selected mix of casks. These include virgin American oak and a world-first hybrid combining American and Portuguese STR oak. Fermented with Wild Trinity yeast and distilled using precise cuts, the rum develops a rich, layered profile of sweet vanilla, toasted oak and indulgent rum-and-raisin ice cream notes. The result is a beautifully balanced, expressive rum that rewards patience and thoughtful maturation.
