Distiller’s Drop #002 is a limited small-batch release, matured for 28 months in Bordeaux red wine casks and bottled at 50.7% ABV. Hand-selected by the Master Distiller, this British-made rum balances elegance with intensity. Wine-seasoned oak brings vibrant notes of wild strawberries, cracked black pepper and caramelised crème brûlée, layered over a rich, full-bodied rum core.

Limited to 900 bottles, this is a confident, expressive cask-led release crafted for those who appreciate depth, structure and individuality.
