Spice Drop Rum reimagines spiced rum by delivering flavour through fermentation and oak rather than added spices. Fermented with Wild Trinity yeast and distilled on an eight-plate column still, it is flash-aged with heavily charred American and French oak chips. The taste profile is vibrant and expressive, combining sweet vanilla and coconut with toasted pecan, gentle warmth and aromatic winter spice. Crafted in Britain, this is a joyful, flavour-driven rum that proves complexity and spice can be achieved naturally.
