Dark Drop Rum is a bold British-made expression crafted from sugar cane molasses and fermented with DropWorks’ exclusive Wild Trinity yeast. Two distinct rum marques are blended to achieve balance: one clean and refined, the other rich with high-ester character. A short maturation with American oak chips develops flavours of rich vanilla and caramel, while classic dark rum notes of liquorice, star anise, coconut and blackcurrant shine through. No added sugar or flavourings are used, resulting in a decadent yet well-structured rum with depth, funk and harmony.
