Dead Man's Fingers is a blend of rum and spiced created at the Rum & Crab Shack in St Ives, Cornwall. It's inspired by local flavours such as Saffron cake, spiced fruits and the Shack's own Pedro Ximinez ice cream.

Bottled at 57.3% ABV, this Overproof Rum harks back to the days when alcoholic strengh was measured by 'proof'. 100 proof was 57.15% ABV at today's standards. Hence, anything over this was called 'Overproof.'.
