Tasting Notes
Colour
Bright golden with a warm amber edge, a honeyed, sunlit glow in the glass.
Nose
Honeyed nose of ripe orchard fruit, mellow heather and vanilla-laced oak. The sherry finish introduces dark sweetness—raisin, fig and orange zest—along with cocoa, almond and a whisper of nutmeg, weaving a refined, indulgent aromatic depth.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied and honeyed on the palate, with a rich sherry sweetness that coats the tongue. Dark fruit, fig and raisin mingle with creamy toffee, a touch of cocoa and orange zest. Subtle spice and almond notes emerge, delivering warmth and a polished, well-balanced finish.
Finish
Long, refined finish with warming spice and sherried sweetness. Prune and fig mingle with honeyed toffee, while cocoa and orange zest drift through a velvet oak cloak, fading to a delicate, nutty echo.
