The epitome of our house style, this Single Malt is finished in different styles of aged Sherry casks including Apostoles, Amoroso, and Matusalem Oloroso.
Each hand selected sherry cask gifts the Dalmore 15 with its own individual characteristics and flavours, to compliment the base notes of soft vanilla and honey from the American white oak ex-bourbon barrels.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery undertones and a warm, honey-tinged glow.
Nose
Bright orange marmalade opens with warm cinnamon and nutmeg, a soft sweetness echoing vanilla from the oak.
Palate
Mandarin, vanilla, ginger and crushed apples unfold on the palate in a bright, gently spiced harmony with a smooth, lingering warmth.
Finish
An opulent, lingering finish of caramelised orange, unfolding into velvety dark chocolate. The sweetness stays long on the palate, with a cocoa-rich afterglow and a whisper of spice that lingers softly.
