The Dalmore 12 Year Old is a rich and well-balanced Highland single malt. Initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, it is then finished in carefully selected Oloroso sherry casks, which impart depth, sweetness, and complexity.
This dual cask maturation gives The Dalmore 12 Year Old its signature character — combining creamy vanilla and honey notes from the bourbon casks with rich dried fruit, spice, and dark chocolate from the sherry casks. The result is a smooth, full-bodied whisky with excellent balance and a long, satisfying finish.
