Colour

Nose

On the nose, Cullicudden cask-strength whispers with opulent sherry fruit: figs, raisins and orange peel, woven with dark chocolate and toffee. Vanilla, almond and toasted oak form a warm backbone, while cinnamon and clove hint at spice. A touch of leather and tobacco adds depth, all bathed in a sun-warmed, lingering aroma.

Palate

Powerful, sherried palate with lush dried fig and raisin, dark chocolate and coffee bean, plus brioche and orange zest. Rich vanilla and toffee sweetness weave through toasted oak, while cinnamon and nutmeg provide subtle spice. At cask strength, a warming, peppery spirit coats the tongue, finishing long with cocoa, orange peel, and refined oak.

Finish

An expansive, sherried finish that lingers with sumptuous warmth. Dried fig and raisin give way to cocoa, orange zest and toasted spice, carried on a velvet oak backbone. The high ABV leaves a persistent, refined glow that slowly fades into elegant sweetness.
