Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden straw with warm, sunlit amber reflections.
Nose
Fragrant lavender notes mingle with citrus zest and vanilla, while sweet red apple builds alongside toffee, toasted cereal and a hint of white chocolate.
Palate
Creamy white pepper spice coats sweet red apple, giving way to toasted cereal and dried oak. Dried banana and mango rise with fresh-cut grass and a lime lift, leaving a crisp, aromatic echo.
Finish
Light and delicate, with oak-driven notes and a lingering sweetness of dried banana on the finish.
