Distillery Bottling

The perfect accompaniment to the finest cigars, this Highland Single Malt is matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, Cabernet Sauvignon barriques, and Matusalem Oloroso Sherry casks exclusively available to the whisky makers of The Dalmore.

This exquisite whisky was created as the perfect single malt to enjoy with the world's finest cigars. Matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, and finessed in Cabernet Sauvignon red wine barriques and González Byass Sherry casks which have previously contained 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso sherry. The spirit is carefully brought together by our whisky makers, perfectly combining the unique character and flavour of each element.

Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with copper highlights and a subtle mahogany glow.

Nose

Cinnamon, vanilla, and red fruits swirl together in a warm, inviting nose—a spicy-sweet allure that promises depth and elegance.

Palate

Silky and creamy on the palate, a tropical fruit medley unfolds with banana toffee and vanilla ice cream. Plush sweetness coats the tongue, supported by subtle spice and a refined, lingering warmth that evolves into a soft, dessert-like finish.

Finish

Orange zest lingers with decadent dark chocolate, while crushed spices weave a warm, persistent finish—bright, cacao-kissed and perfectly suited to a refined cigar moment.

Dalmore
(dal-MOR) Founded in 1839 and located on the shores of the Cromarty Firth in the Scottish Highlands, The Dalmore has built its reputation on rich, luxurious single malt whisky with a strong emphasis on exceptional cask maturation. Its setting allows the distillery to draw water from the River Alness, while the coastal climate plays its part in the character and ageing of the spirit.
