Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery highlights and a molten honey glow, edging toward warm mahogany at the rim.
Nose
Earthy, coastal and intriguingly saline, with oily citrus and anise weaving through seaweed and rock-pool minerals. Bonfire smoke lingers, edged by a subtle, chili-flake heat.
Palate
Vegetal and coastal on the palate, with spicy seaweed and briny citrus. Earthy, ripe orchard fruit folds in, finishing with a crisp white pepper lift.
Finish
Soft, aromatic peat smoke lingers, weaving in sweet toffee and sea-salt caramel, and fades on a delicate peppery heat.
