Nose

Earthy and coastal with notes of oily citrus, anise, seaweed, rock pools, bonfire smoke, chilli flake heat.

Palate

Vegetal, spicy seaweed, briny citrus, earthy & ripe fruit with white pepper.

Finish

Soft and aromatic peat smoke with sweet toffee, sea salt caramel and subtle peppery heat on the end.
