20 Year Old Clynelish Single Malt matured in rejuvenated American Oak Hogshead (24.1% Total Liquid Volume7 Year Old Highland Malt matured in new French Oak Hybrid Barrel (10.3% Total Liquid Volume)14 Year Old Caol Ila Single Malt matured in refill American Oak Hogshead (38.5% Total Liquid Volume)

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep burnished amber with copper-gold highlights and a mahogany edge.
Nose
Opulent coastal smoke opens the nose, Caol Ila peat, iodine and sea spray mingling with a waxy, Clynelish-tinged richness. Vanilla and toffee drift over sherry-softened dried fruit, with orange zest and a hint of cacao. A subtle peppery spice threads through, inviting the next reveal of palate.
Palate
On the palate, bold peat drives the profile with smoky Caol Ila character, tempered by maritime brine and citrus zest. Rich toffee, dark chocolate and vanilla unfold from French oak influence, while Clynelish adds waxy brightness. The finish is long, peppery and ember-smoked, with warm oak spice lingering.
Finish
Long, smoky finish with Caol Ila peat and sea-salt brightness. Vanilla-cream oak from extended maturation threads through, drying to a waxy citrus whisper, before a gentle maritime brine lingers, leaving a warm, contemplative glow on the palate.
