Palate

A refined maritime palate of Caol Ila peat—smoky, saline and mineral—balanced by a soft sweetness. Hints of citrus zest, dried fruit and cocoa drift through, with the sherry whispering in the background. Silky texture with a touch of oiliness, leading to a warm, coastal finish that returns to smoke, salt and subtle spice.

Finish

Elegant, cleansing finish of kiln-fired peat and maritime brine, slowly drawing down to sweet cocoa and orange zest as hints of Sherry cask spice linger. A creamy, resinous smoke settles into a refined, long coastal drift.
