Palate
Coastal peat envelops the palate with briny, iodine-laced smoke and mineral bite. Bright citrus zest threads through a subtle sweetness, elevating the mid-palate before a long, peppery-ashy finish that lingers like Islay sea spray.
Finish
Long, maritime finish of peat smoke, iodine and sea-salt that cling to the palate. Subtle citrus zest and a whisper of vanilla rise beneath, then recede to a clean, mineral echo with a lingering, warm coastal glow.
