Colour

Palate
Peat smoke and maritime brine flood the palate, with bright citrus zest slicing through. Sherry whispers through, lending dried fruit, cocoa and a subtle treacle sweetness, while a waxy, full-bodied coat carries the flavors. The finish remains long and smoky, with iodine, sea air and a peppery lift lingering.
Finish
Long, coastal peat and brine linger on the palate, with a delicate sherry warmth weaving through dried fruit and cocoa. The smoke slowly eases into mineral oak, leaving a sea-salted, smoky finish that lingers gracefully.
